The daycare

Une Planète aux Trèsors is a private daycare subsidized by the Department of Family.

The daycare center holds a permit from the Ministry of the Family of 80 places giving right to the daycare to receive 10 babies and 70 children. In addition, the corporation holds a license of occupation of the city of Repentigny. The places are distributed as follows: 10 places for infants from 0 to 17 months; 70 places for children from 18 months up to kindergarten attendance. These places are shared in 9 groups that will respect the ratios imposed by the Ministry of Family for each age group.

Healthy Menu

A varied weekly menu that complies with the Canadian Food Guide, including snacks and meals, is posted at the main entrance. The menu is designed with the nutritional needs of children in mind. The menu (winter or summer depending on the season) is spread over a repetitive sequence of 4 to 6 weeks.

The menu is displayed at all times. The children dine in their classroom with their educator. This time of the day is considered an important activity where children do several learning unless there are special activities.
