The daycare

Une Planète aux Trèsors is a private daycare subsidized by the Department of Family.

The daycare center holds a permit from the Ministry of the Family of 80 places giving right to the daycare to receive 10 babies and 70 children. In addition, the corporation holds a license of occupation of the city of Repentigny. The places are distributed as follows: 10 places for infants from 0 to 17 months; 70 places for children from 18 months up to kindergarten attendance. These places are shared in 9 groups that will respect the ratios imposed by the Ministry of Family for each age group.

General Orientations

The general orientations of the daycare center are based on the educational program of the Family Ministry.

• To stimulate learning by helping the children to discover themselves through each other by encouraging their spontaneity and instilling in them the joy of learning and the pleasure of creating
• To emphasize certain educational values ​​such as: socialization, autonomy development, creativity, communication, non-violence, politeness, respect for oneself and others
• To respect the precepts of safety and a healthy lifestyle
• To provide parents and children quality services
• To provide parents and animators with the necessary support to perform their role as educators, thus fostering the interactions of the educator staff with children and with parents
